Located in San Diego, California, Designs by Shellene is an award winning Landscape Design Company, that has provided design  services to

approximately 500 clients, throughout San Diego County, Orange  County, and Riverside County for the past 13 years.
 

I strive  to create gardens with a timeless appeal, and an emphasis on originality. I have a positive approach to challenging spaces, and work closely with each Client to create a personal, and functional outdoor space, which reflects their needs and styles, as well as being in harmony with their indoor space and surrounding outdoor environment.

I have designed many styles and sizes of gardens, ranging from intimate courtyards to rambling 10 acre ranches.  Garden styles ranging from Tropical to eclectic to Mediterranean inspired designs.

Philosophy

As a Landscape Designer I understand that the home is a reflection of your personal style and taste.  I take great care in listening to your wants and needs in the landscape,and then make them work in a cohesive, functional and original design.

I believe in tasteful simplicity, that creates a harmonious marriage with our surrounding environment.

The garden should be a place that draws you in, and once you're there ... you don't want to leave!

Consultation ...Site analysis, hardscape and plantscape ideas, garden refreshers and more...

Design ... Production of  hand drawn conceptual landscape design plans to see your visions to fruition, includes hardscape plan with renderings, plantscape plan with quantity, sizes, botanical and common names, lighting location, and irrigation and drainage plans as neccessary.

Installation ... In conjunction with  Rustica Garden Works (619) 200-7388, and Blue Horizon  Landscape Construction  (858) 756-4553,

We do everything from small patio gardens to large estates. 

Container Gardens ...  For those of you who can't get enough in the garden, we can bring it to your front or back door.

Garden Staging - For special occasions, prior to selling your home or just to come in and give your garden a lift.

Site analysis - One (1) year follow up on installed designs to review/refresh or add additional plant life.
